The equestrian events for Special Olympics 2019 will be at One Heart on September 14!!

Participants: Prior to arriving at the arena, please download and complete the
One Heart Equestrian Therapy Release Form for Special Olympics 2019. One form per participant (athlete or volunteer) must be completed. The form may be digitally signed and submitted via email attachment to oneheart@netins.net. Alternatively, the form may be printed, manually signed, and the paper copy may be presented at the arena on the day of the event.
